About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will assist the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates, ensuring smooth interview arrangements.
Assist the HR Manager with various HR tasks and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee-related inquiries.
Maintain HR records and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payment requests and handle administrative documentation related to HR activities.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications and documentation.
Assist with other Office management HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Final-year students or fresh graduates with a relevant major (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)
Minimum 03 months of experience in HR and/or Admin functions (internship, part-time, or project-based experience is acceptable)
Strong English proficiency across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
High sense of responsibility and accountability, with genuine passion for human-related functions
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized in daily tasks
Hard-working, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
Knowledable of AI tools for research, documentation, or process improvement, with a curiosity to explore AI applications in HR.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
