Master Plan & Concept Design

Entertainment Concept Development & Conceptual Design

Master Plan and Concept Design is where market insights are translated into a clear entertainment concept and direction. At this stage, we help clients define the identity, positioning, and high-level experience of the destination, ensuring the concept is aligned with the target audience, site context, and long-term business objectives.

Rather than detailed design, this stage focuses on concept clarity—establishing what the entertainment destination is, who it is for, and how it should feel and function at a high leve

High-Level Experience Concepts

Entertainment Concept, Brand Positioning & Experience Strategy

RH1 develops high-level entertainment concepts that set the overall direction for the destination. Thess concepts articulate the story behind the destination—how visitors experience it emotionally, how it differentiates from competitors, and how it resonates with the defined target audience.

Our experience concepts design include:

  • Brand positioning and core destination values

  • Initial themes, narratives, and experience storylines

  • High-level concept directions that define tone and identity

  • Early zoning logic and high-level games menu structure

Visual Moodboards & Preliminary Renderings

Conceptual Design, Spatial Logic & Experience Flow

To support the strategic concept, we transform ideas into early visual and spatial expressions. This step helps clients and stakeholders visualize the potential look, feel, and flow of the entertainment destination before moving into detailed design.

We explore rough spatial layouts and movement logic to understand how visitors may navigate different zones—such as family areas, social or nightlife zones, and F&B hubs—without locking the project into fixed design decisions. Visual references and preliminary renderings are used to align expectations and guide future design development.
