On July 4, 2026, RH1 and PGS CORP signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Lam Plaza in Vinh City, with the valued support of CBRE Vietnam.
The MOU signing ceremony marked the beginning of a new partnership focused on shaping Lam Plaza into more than a conventional shopping mall. As the lifestyle and entertainment development partner, RH1 will support PGS CORP in defining a clear direction for the project and strengthening its overall destination experience.
A Shared Vision for Lam Plaza
With its central location in Vinh and PGS CORP’s long-term vision, Lam Plaza is positioned to become a new destination for the city, bringing retail, dining, entertainment, lifestyle experiences, and community connection together in one place.
For commercial property owners, the challenge is not simply attracting visitors once, but creating enough value for them to stay longer, return more often, and spend across the wider destination. A stronger entertainment and lifestyle offer can help address this by increasing footfall, extending dwell time, supporting tenant sales, and giving the project a clearer point of difference in the market.
